Processes are thus made more efficient and unnecessary operating steps are removed. In this spirit we've improved the personal inbox. From now on, it's possible to move documents to the inbox of an SAP user. The advantage of this function is that scanned documents can be sent to specific employees. For example, the company secretary who receives the post can distribute incoming invoices to relevant employees for checks or approval. This new function is available in the current version of CKS.DMS for SAP Business One.
