In May we reported on our new partnership with CompuTec and the subsequent integration of ProcessForce in CKS.DMS for SAP Business One. ProcessForce enhances SAP Business One by making it possible to generate complex production processes. Product parts can now be managed with their properties, quality ratings and supplier information throughout the manufacturing process. With its range of functions, ProcessForce is therefore an indispensable tool, especially in the world of process manufacturing.
In its combination with CKS.DMS, exciting new improvements to document management become possible along the entire production chain. Whether they are delivery notes, test reports or quality management reports, the intelligent document management system in CKS.DMS for SAP Business One gives you constant access to all important documents. A key feature is that CKS.DMS for SAP Business One generates a barcode on printed documents. This means, for example, that if a test report for a batch is printed and is completed by an employee later on in production, it can be archived again behind the corresponding object when it is scanned. All this happens completely automatically when the barcode is recognised. Another key feature is that text recognition in archiving offers a high degree of flexibility when you want to search for a specific document. You can, for example, search for supplier, batch number, article description and more in the information that belongs to the document. ProcessForce is supported by the latest version of CKS.DMS for SAP Business One. Licence customers receive the new function automatically when importing this update into their system and thus continue to profit from constant improvements to our product.
