Accessing the archive via the Internet needs to be easy but also secure. To comply with the latest security standards, we’ve completely redeveloped our web client.
At the same time, we’ve added a highly anticipated function to the Add-on: the ability to view and approve documents whilst on the go.
These developments and other changes have made it technically necessary to link cks.WEB with cks.RUN, our process automation solution – an update is therefore not possible.

If you are already using cks.WEB, nothing will change for you. If you are using CKS.DMS Web and cks.RUN (previously the CKS.DMS Server), please get in touch with your partner so that they can convert the existing licence and set up cks.WEB.
If you are using CKS.DMS Web and do not have a licence for cks.RUN (previously the CKS.DMS Server), please also get in touch with your partner. Until the 30th June 2022, they can take advantage of a goodwill price for cks.RUN.
You can continue using CKS.DMS Web after 31st December 2022 but we will stop support after this date. We will not be able to rectify errors and malfunctions. It will also not be possible to update cks.DIGITAL 4.0.
